NLO Evolution of Color Dipoles in N = 4 SYM

چکیده
The small-xB deep inelastic scattering in the saturation region is governed by the non-linear evolution of Wilson-line operators. In the leading logarithmic approximation it is given by the BK equation for the evolution of color dipoles. I discuss recent calculation of the next-to-leading order evolution of color dipoles in QCD and N = 4 SYM.

A study of the diffusion pattern in N = 4 SYM at high energies
Article history: Received 10 May 2013 Accepted 25 May 2013 Available online 28 May 2013 Editor: G.F. Giudice In the context of evolution equations and scattering amplitudes in the high energy limit of the N = 4 super Yang–Mills theory we investigate in some detail the BFKL gluon Green function at next-toleading order. In particular, we study its collinear behavior in terms of an expansion in di...
متن کاملHeavy quark diffusion in QCD and N=4 SYM at next-to-leading order
We present the full details of a calculation at next-to-leading order of the momentum diffusion coefficient of a heavy quark in a hot, weakly coupled, QCD plasma. Corrections arise at O(gs); physically they represent interference between overlapping scatterings, as well as soft, electric scale (p ∼ gT ) gauge field physics, which we treat using the hard thermal loop (HTL) effective theory. In 3...
متن کاملGeneralized Bootstrap Equations and possible implications for the NLO Odderon
We formulate and discuss generalized bootstrap equations in nonabelian gauge theories. They are shown to hold in the leading logarithmic approximation. Since their validity is related to the self-consistency of the Steinmann relations for inelastic production amplitudes they can be expected to be valid also in NLO. Specializing to the N = 4 SYM, we show that the validity in NLO of these general...

x 2 02 x 2 12 . These two dipoles then interact with the target. The non-linear term takes into account a simultaneous interaction of two produced dipoles with the target. The linear part of Eq. (1) is the LO BFKL equation, which describes the evolution of the multiplicity of the fixed size color dipoles with respect to the rapidity (energy) y. For the discussion below we introduce a short nota...
متن کاملIntegrated dipoles with MadDipole in the MadGraph framework
Heading towards a full automation of next-to-leading order (NLO) QCD corrections, one important ingredient is the analytical integration over the one-particle phase space of the unresolved particle that is necessary when adding the subtraction terms to the virtual corrections. We present the implementation of these integrated dipoles in the MadGraph framework. The result is a package that allow...
